I have to say, as a person who plays Team Fortress 2 almost daily, this is quite a refreshing splash of art. At the first look, the bright colours are not an eyesore, but a breather from the realistic greys and browns of the actual game. Changing a supposingly normally bloody, violent, and even slightly cruel game into a childish chibified shot of gameplay is a work of time and effort. Even though this map in the screenshot I don't think looks like any map from the real game, it could be by the way it's laid out. I find putting a spy doing the spy crab in the middle point of the picture is a good eye grabber, for players of the game and people who don't play the game. The tiny expression on the spy's face is extremely expressive for being so small. The Scout's expression is another quite nice touch, and I found to be able to tell the hat he is wearing is the Milkman hat from the game. At the back, it seems this is a payload map, and what made me laugh was the Engineer was the one pushing the cart, not anyone else. The heavy being the road block while eating a sandwich also serves as another laughter point for me. What I really found the neat touches of this artwork is the small crossover of P-Body from Portal 2 CO-OP mode 'trading' the Solider's hat away. Using an Blue portal in contrast with P-Body's orange eye would been more effective, but the orange portal seemed to amplify the colours, so it was fine. The extra word text box with the actions of the picture helps the viewers understand and also laugh as it connects to the game quite closely. Overall, this is a work of a genius; as with all the little extra touchs of the game time counter, the cart location bar, ammo counter, and health counter placed on the screen making it feel like you were actually screencapping your screen while playing. I think this could have been a modded map, which allows the realism to expand. By not being resricted to an actual map and the locations which the real game, this allowed quite a diverse pick of placement and a good choice instead of going along with the real game.
